In Colorado, arborists do not have to be licensed. That means it’s really up to you to find out if an arborist is qualified and what sort of certifications that they possess.

Typically a consulting arborist is called into provide an appraisal for an insurance claim, provided tree planting and species recommendation for planned communities or to analyze a sick tree.
We offer a free evaluation of trees which amounts to free consulting. This takes 30 min. and does not include any written report.
However if the arborist identifies any work that needs to be done, such as a tree the needs to be trimmed or a cultural treatment such as fertilization, they will provide a hand written estimate for you.
