Reliable Plant Health Care Renewal Forms

It’s that time of year again! Now that we’re into the New Year, you can expect to find ArborScape’s plant health care renewal forms in your mailbox and inbox soon!

Here at ArborScape, we do more than just basic tree trimming and removals. Our arborists are registered with the Colorado Dept. of Agriculture as insect & disease relationship specialists, so we also offer treatments to keep your trees healthy all year long.

These treatments are time-sensitive and are automatically renewed every year so you can reap the benefits of a truly healthy tree and yard.

We send out these renewal forms because these health care services are very rarely a one-and-done treatment. In order to stay healthy, your trees may need a variety of treatments throughout the seasons and over the course of many years.

For instance, due to Denver’s clay soils, a spring fertilizer or a fall stimulator can be incredibly beneficial for root development. These treatments allow the roots to take in more nutrients and water retention to maintain tree health throughout the year.

And with how dry it’s been so far, we’re happy to provide your trees with winter watering options to give your trees the moisture they desperately need.

Or, if you have an ash tree, you may want to consider our biennial Arborjet micro injection, which is done every other year to protect against the emerald ash borer.

2026 Plant Health Care Renewal Forms

Some of you may have already received your 2026 renewal form in the mail. At the beginning of every year, we send out a copy of our plant health care renewal forms so that you know what services we’ll be doing for you this upcoming season.

We also send out copies via email. If you haven’t received your renewal form yet, don’t worry, we won’t be starting any services, except winter watering, until March.

We’ll also notify you via email or phone call the day before we do any services so you’re aware of our arrival. If you’d like to change your notification preferences, you can give us a call or email, and we’ll be happy to make those changes.

These plant health care renewal forms are also formatted similarly to a bill. While there is no need to pay for all the services ahead of time, some may opt for a prepayment just so it’s one less thing to worry about throughout the year.

However, we have a few different payment options. One is prepaying for the season, another is to pay after each service is completed by calling in with your card info. You can even send in a check with the technician or by mail; whichever you’re most comfortable with- we try to be as accommodating as we can here at ArborScape!

While we want to keep your trees healthy, we also understand that life happens. These renewal forms are also sent out so that if you have any questions or concerns about the treatment or your trees, you can give us a call to get more info before the season officially starts.

Whether you need to put a service on hold for financial reasons, you’ve had a tree removed and need to make adjustments to the service, or you’re concerned about another tree on your property, ArborScape is here to help!

While it may still be a bit too early to tell what services your trees may need, such as a general insect spray or even an Ips beetle treatment, your trees will have signs to look out for, like discolored leaves as they begin sprouting, or burrowing holes in the bark of the trunk and limbs.

We invite you to take a look at our website to see what health treatments we can provide for your trees. Or, you can call us at (303) 806-8733 for any questions you may have on your plant health care renewal plan or to have one of our estimators come out to see what your trees may need and how we can help!
